My stay at the hotel was truly a pleasure. The rooms were cleaner than any other place I've been to, offering a separate sitting area, a mini fridge, and a large TV screen with a good selection of channels. The service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, was exceptional. The location was ideal, right across from a large strip mall, making it convenient to access the nearby highway and dining options. The dining experience, especially for Hyatt members, was better than expected and complimentary. However, the lack of Thai dishes was a minor letdown. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience with its top-notch facilities and friendly staff.
